Production Line

Shenzhen Ruicom Technology runs a standardized dust-free production workshop dedicated to manufacturing MEMS inertial sensors, including inclinometers, accelerometers, electronic compasses and IMUs.

We have complete independent production lines covering SMT chip mounting, circuit welding, assembly, structural encapsulation and finished product aging testing. All production procedures follow unified standardized operation specifications to guarantee consistent product precision.

Our core advantage lies in full self-owned calibration systems. Every finished sensor will go through multi-point angle calibration, temperature cycling aging and long-term stability testing before delivery. Professional testing equipment eliminates measurement errors caused by temperature, vibration and magnetic interference.

A strict multi-stage quality inspection system runs through the whole production flow: incoming material inspection, semi-finished product spot check, finished product full inspection and outgoing re-inspection. Defective products are screened out at each link to control failure rates to an extremely low level.

Supported by flexible production capacity, we support mass bulk orders as well as small-batch customized OEM & ODM production for clients with special parameter demands.
