Product Description

Upper Computer Software Video:

The DTS series is a high-performance digital MEMS dynamic tilt sensor independently developed by RUICOM Technology. Tailored for dynamic vehicle attitude monitoring, it precisely captures three-dimensional attitude parameters including roll, pitch and yaw angles, and excels at tilt detection under vibrating and moving operating conditions.

Equipped with a multi-axis MEMS inertial measurement unit (IMU) that integrates a 3-axis accelerometer and 3-axis gyroscope, the sensor adopts an adaptive Kalman filtering algorithm. It stably outputs high-precision real-time attitude data even in complex dynamic scenarios. Supporting multiple digital interfaces including RS485, RS232 and TTL, it features outstanding compatibility and effortless system integration.

Adopting a non-contact measurement principle, the sensor realizes real-time attitude solving without requiring a fixed reference mounting plane. Its built-in high-resolution ADC and gyro compensation module automatically calibrate nonlinear errors, axis coupling deviation, temperature drift and centrifugal acceleration interference. This effectively eliminates motion-induced measurement drift and greatly enhances dynamic accuracy, enabling stable long-term operation in harsh industrial environments.

Supporting both static and dynamic dual-mode measurement, the DTS sensor delivers excellent EMI resistance and superior tolerance to high-intensity mechanical shock and vibration. It is widely applied to attitude monitoring and control for industrial automation, construction machinery, rail transit and other demanding scenarios, serving as an optimal high-reliability attitude sensing solution for industrial-grade applications.

1) Resolution: The smallest angular change that the sensor can detect within its effective range, reflecting its ability to monitor minute tilt fluctuations.
2) Accuracy: Calculated by performing multiple repeated measurements (sample size ≥ 16) at a fixed angle under standard ambient temperature (25±5℃), representing the root mean square (RMS) error between the measured and true values, characterizing the sensor's overall measurement deviation.
3) Zero-point temperature coefficient: The ratio of the sensor's output value to temperature change under zero-input conditions, defined as the ratio of the zero-point offset within the rated operating temperature range to the room temperature reference value.
4) Sensitivity temperature coefficient: The stability index of the sensor's full-scale output value with temperature changes, characterizing the drift rate of sensitivity relative to the room temperature reference value within the rated temperature range.
